Dead Wooding

In some cases, trees have dead limbs that can cause a number of issues. If you aren’t sure if you have dead limbs, contact us for expert advice. Dead wooding is the removal of dead limbs from a tree. We recommend the removal of any dead limb that is 2-3″ and larger at the base as well as broken or hanging limbs in the tree.

Clearance Pruning

Crown Clean

Depending on where your trees are located, clearance pruning may be needed. We suggest 6-10 feet of vertical clearance from your roof. Also, no branch should be touching the side of your home or business. It’s also recommended to have 8 to 12 feet of clearance from the ground to allow for easy travel under the tree.

Its important for a tree to breath and a crown clean can help with just that, Cleaning the tree of it suckers and inner dead wood can improve the the aesthetics of your tree.  It also creates less of a wind sail effect on your tree during windy storms.
